2. What data we process
Depending on how you use our services, we process: contact details (name, email and telephone); booking and participation information (selected activity, destination, dates, participants and special instructions); payment status and transaction references (payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us in full); communications with customer support; gift card sender and recipient details; and technical or cookie information where permitted by your browser choices. Where relevant, a separate on-site participation/safety acknowledgement may be requested. Please do not send us detailed health information unless genuinely necessary for a safety enquiry.
3. Purposes and lawful bases

- Invoices, accounting, tax obligations and lawful requests: compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Security, fraud prevention, customer service, disputes, and proportionate individual post-tour feedback requests: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your right to object where relevant.
- Non-essential analytics, advertising cookies and similar tracking: consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) and applicable cookie rules). You may withdraw cookie consent at any time.
We do not use booking details to subscribe customers to newsletters or bulk promotional WhatsApp or email campaigns. Individual messages concerning a booking are service communications. Optional feedback invitations and local tips should not be used for unrelated promotions; you can ask us to stop such optional follow-ups at any time.
4. Minors and special-category data
Parents or legal guardians must handle bookings and required supervision for minors in accordance with each activity’s rules. We do not sell customer data or share it with external excursion organisers for their marketing. Data may nevertheless be processed by service suppliers acting for us where needed: WooCommerce/WordPress website infrastructure and hosting, Stripe or other checkout payment providers, email and messaging services (including WhatsApp when used), technical support and accounting providers. Such processing is limited to the relevant service and subject to suitable safeguards. Legally authorised public authorities or insurers may receive information when required by law or needed to manage an incident or claim. Optional analytics or advertising providers only receive tracking data where the relevant legal requirements, including consent, are met.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to perform the contract and meet applicable tax, accounting and legal retention duties. Customer-service correspondence and complaints are kept for the time necessary to resolve requests and defend legal claims. Optional feedback communications are not kept longer than necessary for that purpose. Cookie durations and choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Once retention is no longer justified, information is erased or irreversibly anonymised, subject to legally required restricted retention.
8. Your rights
