Bookings
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking ahead, especially in high season or if you have a specific date in mind. The tour page shows available dates and times.
Can I change my booking or the number of participants?
Contact us with your booking reference and the change you need. We’ll check availability and confirm any price difference before making the change.
Where do we meet?
Each tour lists its own meeting point. Check the address on the tour page before you set off.
Can I choose the language of the tour?
The booking form shows the languages available for the activity. Choose your preferred language before continuing to checkout.
Payments & cancellations
How can I pay?
You can pay by card. Checkout shows any other payment methods available for your booking, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
When do I pay?
For online bookings, you pay the total shown at checkout when you confirm your reservation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Check the cancellation terms on your tour page. If you need to cancel, contact us with your booking reference so we can confirm the applicable deadline and any refund.
What if I can’t find my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder and make sure you’re looking in the inbox you used to book. If you still can’t find it, contact us with the activity, date and email address you used.
On the day
What happens if it rains?
Light rain may still allow the activity to go ahead. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you about the next steps under the tour’s weather policy.
Are there age or participation requirements?
Requirements depend on the activity. Check the tour page for age limits, whether children need an accompanying adult and any other participation rules.
Can I join a Segway tour if I’ve never ridden one?
Yes. The guide will show you how to ride and give you time to practise before the tour starts. Check the participation requirements on your tour page.
Private tours & groups
Can I book a private tour?
Look for the Private option in the booking form. If you can’t find it for your activity, contact us to discuss what’s available.
Do you organise events for companies and groups?
Yes. Tell us your city, preferred date and group size through our Group Events page so we can suggest suitable options.
