1. Who we are and what cookies are
This Cookie Policy explains how PLAYDAY S.L. (NIF B16375578), Calle Ángel Ganivet, 1, 29005 Málaga, Spain, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://vamosday.com/ (the “Website”). Contact: toppsegway@gmail.com. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and payment or advertising identifiers. They support bookings and payments, remember choices and, where you consent, help us understand visits and measure advertising.
2. Types of cookies and consent
- Strictly necessary. Used to operate essential functions such as cookie preferences, security, shopping baskets, booking sessions and payment fraud prevention. These are used only insofar as needed to provide the service requested by you and do not require optional-cookie consent.
- Analytics. Used to measure visits and understand how people use pages, including aggregated statistics and website interaction analysis. Activated only with the relevant consent.
- Advertising and attribution. Used to measure campaigns and associate advertising interactions with visits or bookings, and potentially support advertising features. Activated only with the relevant consent.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The following tables describe the cookies associated with the technologies used by the Website. Which cookies appear depends on the pages visited, whether a booking or payment is started, the selected consent preferences and the browser settings. “Session” means that the cookie normally expires when the browser session ends; stated periods are typical maximum/default lifetimes and may be shortened by the browser or service settings.

The WP Travel Engine booking system may also use essential session storage to preserve selected tours, dates and booking details during checkout. Stripe may use temporary browser storage and security tokens when payment methods or authentication steps are displayed. Google conversion measurement may additionally use browser local storage (for example, _gcl_ls); browser storage is governed by the same consent choice when used for optional advertising purposes. Google Tag Manager itself manages tags rather than serving as a separate advertising cookie.
4. When cookies are set
Necessary technologies support website functions and secure checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies are not intended to be placed unless you opt in to the corresponding category through the consent panel. A visitor who declines optional cookies can still browse and book. Where features are not visited (for example, WordPress sign-in, a WooCommerce basket, or payment authentication), their corresponding cookies may not appear.
5. Managing or withdrawing consent
When you first visit, the cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Manage settings. You can change your choice at any time using the “Customize cookies” control on the website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent booking. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may interfere with checkout. Withdrawing consent applies to future use and does not invalidate processing that took place lawfully beforehand.
6. Third-party providers and international processing
Some cookies are placed or accessed by providers acting through their own domains. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the relevant provider may rely on applicable adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer safeguards. For further information, see the providers’ policies:
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Website, providers or applicable rules. For privacy questions, contact toppsegway@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
