Experiences for your group
Timing, capacity and inclusions are confirmed in your individual proposal.
Málaga gives your team more than a meeting-room backdrop: its old town, harbour views and lively streets offer different ways to explore together. Choose collaborative puzzles, friendly competition or a guided city experience, then tell us how it needs to fit around your working day.

A team day with a clear purpose
- Match the activity to your team’s interests and confidence, rather than choosing by headcount alone.
- Plan briefings, team divisions and timings before the event, with local support in Málaga.
- See real examples of previous corporate events, including large-group missions, before choosing your direction.
Let’s plan your perfect group experience
Your city and occasion are already selected. You can change them and tell us what your group needs.
Planning for small teams and larger company groups
Our films include Málaga events with more than 100 participants. They show previous projects, rather than guaranteeing capacity for every date or activity. Tell us your expected headcount, youngest age, language preferences and whether the group should compete or collaborate. We’ll check staffing, start times and team arrangements before confirming your programme.
Make it your own
Tell us whether this is a conference break, a team celebration or a day for colleagues to get to know each other. We can discuss the activity format, meeting arrangements and the time available. Ask separately about a food, wine or cocktail experience; availability and any 18+ requirements will be confirmed in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions
Can you organise team building for 100+ people?
We have footage of previous large-group events in Málaga. Send your date, numbers and objectives so we can check the team format, guides and capacity for your specific event.
Which game suits our team?
Operation Mindfall is an outdoor spy mission for ages 12+. BlackOut is the harder challenge for ages 16+. Share the group’s experience and preferences so we can help you choose.
Does everyone need to ride a Segway or e-bike?
No. Choose an outdoor escape game if you prefer a different format. Segway experiences have a minimum age of 10 and e-bike experiences 14; tell us about any participation requirements.
Is food or a drinks programme included?
Only the inclusions agreed in your proposal are included. Ask about Málaga food, wine or cocktail options for your date. Alcohol programmes are restricted to adults aged 18+.
Is the activity exclusive to our group?
The proposal explains the private group arrangements. Outdoor activities use public spaces, and any shared venue or other conditions will be confirmed before you book.
Does sending the form confirm a booking?
No. Your request is saved and sent to the VamosDay team. We’ll contact you to check availability and agree the programme and final price before a booking is confirmed.
