Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend it. Especially during peak season (June-October) and for groups. Experiences can be booked online in just a few minutes.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, up to 24 hours in advance. From your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
What if I am more or less than a person?
If you reduce the number of participants, we'll refund the difference. If you add participants, the fee will be charged upon confirmation. No additional charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Do you charge 100% upon booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before with a full refund.

Do you operate in the rain?
With light rain, yes. With a storm or weather warning, we'll notify you beforehand and change the date free of charge or give you a refund.
Is there a minimum age or weight requirement for Segway?
12 years old (with adult). Minimum weight 45 kg, maximum 120 kg.
What if I've never ridden a Segway before?
We'll teach you. 15-minute briefing in a safe area. If you're not comfortable afterward, we'll give you your money back.

Do you have a special price for groups?
Yes , for groups of 10 or more . And if it's for a company, we offer a customized proposal through our Business section.
Can we privatize the experience?
Yes. Almost all of them have a private version with an exclusive guide.
